Our auto-renew memberships give you more flexibility

Our autorenewing memberships renew according to your usage instead of a monthly schedule to help you make the most of your investment. Choose the membership that best suits your routine and commitment level. Can be used for all drop-in classes including in-studio, virtual livestreams, and outdoor classes. The Avid-10 has a special perk of On-Demand classes too!

Both memberships receive 10 drop-in classes, the difference is the maximum amount of time you get to use them and the other perks.


Membership auto-renews when you use up all 10 passes, or after 3 MONTHS, whichever comes first. Perfect for those with a steady practice who attend class once a week.

Pass & Membership FAQs

Our Single Class Pass, Branches On-Demand Subscriptions, and Courses are all offered at three levels of sliding scale pricing: Standard, Community Supporter and Low Income/Subsidized.

Sliding Scale pricing is not available for our Trial-5 and our Recurring Memberships because those are already offered at reduced rates.

The easiest way to buy a class pass for someone else is to first purchase it using your own account through our online store. Then, email us at with the name and email address of the person you want to give that pass to, and we will transfer it to their account. Please be aware that it may take a few days to process this kind of request. You can also purchase a gift certificate and send it to the person, and they'll be able to use it immediately.

* The "Add a Family Member" and "Paid for by" options in your account profile will not allow you to purchase a pass for someone else.

You will recieve an email from us within a couple days of signing up for an Avid membership that contains a special code and instructions on how to access your Branches On-Demand subscription. If you haven't recieved this email after 3 days, please email us at

If you have a 10-Pack or a Steady-10 Membership, you have the option to share it with one other person. Just email us with the name and email address of the person you would like to share your pass with, and we'll set that up for you. Please note that the "Add a Family Member" feature in your account profile will not enable sharing; pass sharing cannot be set up through the client-facing side of our software.

After the minimum commitment period for your membership (2 billing cycles for the Steady-10, and 3 billing cycles for the Avid-10), you may place your membership on hold twice per year for a maximum of 2 months per year. Hold requests must be made by email at least 14 days prior to the requested hold period.

If you want to cancel your Avid-10 or Steady-10 membership, please email your request to Cancellations require a 14 day notice, and can only be made after the minimum commitment period for the membership (2 billing cycles for the Steady-10, and 3 billing cycles for the Avid-10).
