This series of videos is all about getting the various parts of your core to work together, and be more responsive to the demands of life. Whether that’s picking up a child, rolling out of bed, or rocking some heavy deadlifts, your core is an essential part of it all.
The series is split into three lessons, each with a handful of videos to learn with. We’ll begin by learning to sense, coordinate and engage the muscles of your diaphragm, pelvic floor and deep core. Then we’ll move to using the core to help you center and stabilize your spine. Finally, we get working, activating all sides of the core, so that you feel robust and ready for all sorts of fun and challenging movements.
