Join us for free virtual drop-in classes every day from Monday, February 20 to Sunday, February 26. Community Care Week is one way that we’re sharing our resources with anyone who needs them. We all need one another to survive and thrive - so let’s practice together.

Movement: Primarily yoga asana & flow - active, powerful, full-body movement

Mood: playful, upbeat

For those who want to move actively, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness and focus. Class ends with 5 minutes of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed. Suitable for fit beginners.
