Class Types

OUTDOOR Community Class

Our community classes are one of the ways we endeavor to support our broader community. All of the proceeds from these classes will be donated to a local community project or charity. You can attend community classes using any of our regular memberships or passes, or the special $8 Community Class Pass for lower income individuals. If you have the resources to give more, consider using a Community Supporter Single Class Pass for $26, and 100% of that will be donated.

This class is taught by volunteer teachers who are all graduates of our Yoga Teacher Training programs. For the summer of 2022, 100% of proceeds will go to the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region.

Movement: Yogasana. Both unrushed and active, exploratory, ends with restful poses.

Mood: nourishing, calming, introspective

Nourishing and calming, this class focuses on mindful movement and an introspective attitude. This class maintains an active but unrushed pace and is great for those who want to soften their focus on details and simply enjoy moving. 

** Outdoor classes will automatically move inside if the weather is bad. Please reserve your spot at least 30 minutes in advance.
