OUTDOOR Community Slow Flow

Our Community classes are one of the ways we endeavor to support our broader community. All of the proceeds from these classes will be donated to a local community project or charity. You can attend class using any of our memberships or our sliding-scale single class passes ($12 for low income individuals). If you have the resources to give more, consider paying the Community Supporter rate of $26, and 100% of that will be donated.

For the summer of 2021, proceeds will go to our own community project: The Branches crowd funding campaign to build an entry ramp to our front door. This project will help to make our space much more accessible to those with mobility challenges.

Nourishing and calming, Slow Flow focuses on mindful movement and an introspective attitude. This class maintains an active but unrushed pace and is great for those who want to soften their focus on details and simply enjoy moving.

Reserve your spot at least 30 minutes in advance; no drop-ins allowed. We will notify you by email at least 50 min before class time if the class is cancelled due to weather. Details at thebranchesyoga.com/outdoor-yoga.
