Are you feeling stiff or sluggish from the winter? Limber up for a new season with Sun Salutations. Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations) are a classic sequence of yoga postures and movements that get the whole body moving, and help you connect with your breath. In this series of succinct 15 minute practices, we’ll take you through Sun Salutations of all flavours, offering both calm and challenge. Commencing on the Spring Equinox, following this series will ground you with a daily rhythm, connect you with your body, and sync you up with the cycles of Nature.
Never done a Sun Salutation that felt doable? We’ve got you covered with adaptive strategies for diverse bodies and abilities. Beginners are very welcome!
The series starts March 20th, with a new video released daily through the end of March.

Each day brings a fresh 15-minute (or less) guided video practice for the 12 days from the Spring Solstice through the end of March. All practices focus on the classic sequence of Sun Salutations, but with lots of refreshing options and variations.
