If you made it this far, congratulations—you’ve successfully flowed past our April Fool’s joke!

AI and yoga? We know, it’s a weird combo. We’re all for trying new things, but replacing your warm, compassionate yoga teachers with a digital avatar? Not today. (And hopefully not ever!)

Yes, we love technology. And yes, we’ve spent over a decade refining our teacher training materials—but not to feed them into a robot. We believe that yoga is about connection: to yourself, to your breath, and to a real instructor who sees you, guides you, and supports you with their presence.

So no, we won’t be introducing an AI-generated teacher (yet! 😆). But we will be here, as always, offering you thoughtful, human-led classes with teachers who put their hearts into every class.
