This weekly drop-in is a community space to gather and meditate together. Volunteer-led and beginner-friendly, our focus is on cultivating consistency and community, rather than expert teachings (though these are welcome if you bring experience and want to share). Each week, a 25-minute guided practice with a rotating volunteer facilitator will be followed by a casual discussion. We aim to foster the presence, perspective and practical skills to engage with life as it comes at us. Attendance is donation-based with a suggested rate of $5-10, though no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. We hope you join us!

Note: while meditation is a great tool for mental wellbeing, this is not an appropriate container if you are in acute distress. Beginners welcome, but some basic self-regulation skills are a good tool to bring with you.
