For those who want the best of both worlds, Flow & Restore will take you from end to end of the movement spectrum. First, get all fired up with flowing yoga, strength, and mobility work. Then wind down with gentle stretches and some long, luxurious restorative poses.Reserve your spot online at least 30 minutes in advance. We will email you the link to join about 20 minutes before class time.
