IN-STUDIO Body Mind Spirit

This class blends Slow Flow style movement, mindfulness and meditation, and a chance for spiritual intention, guidance, and renewal. Natasha, who practices Reiki and Sound Healing, will share from her eclectic practices and wisdom to bring spirituality to life in an embodied and non-dogmatic environment. Some classes may include a relaxing Sound Bath.

Mood: nourishing, introspective, revitalizing

Movement: both unrushed and active, exploratory, ends with restful poses
