Start 2025 with practices to embrace your body exactly as it is. 30 Days of Body-Positive Practice is a routine reset and a commitment to showing up for yourself. At The Branches we reject the body-shaming and ableism rampant in our culture and teach our classes with the belief that all bodies are worthy of love, expression, and taking up space. 


Each day, you’ll receive a 15- to 30-minute practice video guided by one of our experienced and diverse teachers. Welcoming to beginners and those with physical limitations, but engaging for seasoned practitioners too, every session is unique. The arc of the 30 days includes a well-rounded variety of practices including energizing flows, strength building, restorative yoga, and mindfulness. Many of our videos include options for modifications with chairs or other simple props to help you tailor the practice to your unique body and any limitations you might have such as chronic pain, fatigue or injury.
