30 Days of Body Positive Practice is a routine reset, a commitment to showing up for yourself, and a community of enthusiastic folks who want to support one another. In a culture where body-shaming and ableism are rampant, The Branches teachers hold a perspective that all bodies are worthy of love, expression, and taking up space.
Each day, we’ll release a new 15- to 30-minute practice video guided by one of our experienced and diverse teachers. Welcoming to beginners and those with physical limitations, but engaging for seasoned practitioners too, every session is unique. The arc of the 30 days includes a well-rounded variety of practices including energizing flows, strength building, restorative yoga, and mindfulness. Many of our videos include options for modifications with chairs or other simple props to help you tailor the practice to your unique body and any limitations you might have such as chronic pain or fatigue or an injury.
Get to know a community to support your journey. Connect with our teachers and fellow participants in two live group calls as well as daily accountability chats in the dedicated body positive forum right inside our streaming service (not on social media!).

Will the practices work for my body?
Our practices are welcoming to beginners and those with physical limitations, but engaging for seasoned practitioners too.
Most videos include explicit options for modifications with chairs or other simple props to help with limitations like chronic pain or fatigue or injuries.
The videos include "Adaptive Notes" so you have a heads up about whether there's weight bearing on knees, wrists, or getting up and down from the floor, plus some suggestions if you need alternatives.
You'll get a little bit of everything: yoga, meditation, pilates, and strength-building, and you can always pick and choose what makes sense for you!
