With practical advice and warmth, our teachers will break down all the common struggles, and show you how to adapt the pose to your body and get stronger over time.

Over 5 days, you’ll get a new video each day with a clear focus that you can apply to many popular yoga poses. We’ll cover standing poses, the spine and core, shoulders and wrists, sun salutations, integrating your breath and mindful rest.

You’ll finish this free mini-course feeling confident and well-resourced, equipped with the self-knowledge and courage to try more classes. Yoga is often depicted as though it’s only for people who are naturally flexible. Not only does that miss the point, it’s just not true.
