Push-ups Made Possible is a 6-part series containing all new videos to help you hone your pressing strength! This series includes a guided warm-up (“Prep yourself for push-ups”) which you can use as a lead-in to any of the other modules. 

Nicole will take you through a number of training techniques including incline work (“Push up, if you are so inclined"), push-up negatives (“Negatives can be positive”), plus one video that has ZERO push-ups (“Pay your push-ups a ‘complement’”) for those days that you want to train the main muscle groups while also giving your wrists a break from bearing weight. 

We’ve added a challenging timed-interval practice for the more seasoned push-up practitioner, (“Push your limits”) to help you build training volume, as well as a video to introduce a few interesting variations—like deficits, diamonds, and foot-elevated—to help you build your push-up vocabulary and repertoire.  

These sessions—ranging from 12 - 25 minutes—are designed for efficient workouts so pick a few of your favourites, put them on repeat, and practice your push-ups all month long.  

Practice themes include:

1. Beginner-Friendly Push-up Practices: Learn different techniques to build from the ground-up. This series includes a practice video that contains ZERO push-ups too (non-wrist weight-bearing).

2. Intermediate/Advanced Push-up Practices: Get ready to sweat and have some fun with a side-by-side timed interval practice, and a 'variety pack' video where you'll learn new push-up variations and their benefits

3. Upper Body/Chill Recovery Practices: A curated list of videos selected to help you stretch and wind-down after a push-up workout

4. Program Plan + Intro to Weight Selection: A summary and orientation video to introduce you to push-up programming as well as guidance on weight selection for "Pay your Push-ups a Complement" video where external weights will be used
