Dedicate 20-30 minutes to strength training, 3 times a week, and feel the results!
Supersets are a pair of exercises that you perform back-to-back with minimal rest in between. This allows you to work different muscle groups with more intensity and in less time.
In this progressive series of videos, Nicole will take you through three different supersets per week, and they’ll build progressively over the month, including:
Set 1: Hinge and Press - Build up your hip hinge to strengthen the backline of your body with Romanian Deadlifts, and superset that with press variations to boost your overhead strength.
Set 2: Squat & Curl- Strengthen your lower body and biceps with this dynamic superset. Squats target your quads, glutes, and core, building powerful legs and stability. Paired with bicep curls, you’ll build your arms while keeping your heart rate up and maximizing workout efficiency.
Set 3: Carry & Core- Challenge your grip and core stability with loaded carries combined with a targeted core exercise called mountain climbers.
