Shed your winter layers, and get ready for gardening, swimming and all your other favourite spring and summer activities but focusing on your upper body this month!  A lot of upper body strengthening, for example pushing a weight straight up over your head, requires a good range of motion. So, this series will get you ready and then help you work those ranges. The self-paced series of videos will break down practices into three sections:

1. Soften & Release Upper Body Tension

2. Active Mobility for Your Shoulders

3. Build Shoulder Strength

We recommend coming back to the mobility drills and the strength exercises a number of times throughout the month, and then peppering in the tension softening practices throughout to release, recover, and enjoy.
