Just like any other body part, your neck and head will feel better with some dedicated, caring movement. This month’s series will give you a chance to understand how your head and neck are feeling and functioning, and gently address headaches, neck tension, brain fog, and upper body discomfort.
To meet technology’s demands, we can get sucked into overusing our eyes and neck in a limited range of movement. At the same time, a lot of yoga focuses on the body from the neck down. In videos this month, we’ll bring curious and compassionate attention to the head, neck, shoulder and everything this area includes: your brilliant brain, your powerful info-carrying nerves, your awareness systems like your eyes and ears, the versatile neck, and all the hardworking muscles that help it all function.
